Ventura County's cities, from Moorpark and Simi Valley to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard, are a short drive from IPG's Stevenson Ranch office and a regular part of our work, especially for industrial and commercial clients.

 

Working with the city

• Industrial equipment installations such as spray booths, dust collection and process equipment need building, fire and sometimes air district approvals. We manage the city and fire side and refer the air district work to a specialist.

• Tenant improvements and change-of-use permits move faster with a complete first submittal.

• County unincorporated areas and each city have different codes and different plan check systems.
