Permit expediting and plan check management

 

An approved project still cannot break ground until Building and Safety, Fire, Public Works, Health and the utilities have all signed off. Plan check is where schedules slip. IPG manages the whole process so your permit gets issued instead of sitting in a queue.

• Using new state timelines: California now puts cities on the clock for post-entitlement permits and inspections, and we know how to use those tools
