Permit expediting and plan check management

 

An approved project still cannot break ground until Building and Safety, Fire, Public Works, Health and the utilities have all signed off. Plan check is where schedules slip. IPG manages the whole process so your permit gets issued instead of sitting in a queue.

How many rounds of plan check should I expect?

Most projects see two or three rounds. Complete, well-coordinated plans and fast, organized responses are what cut that down.

We can't control the city's review time, but we keep the file moving: clean submittals, quick responses and direct follow-up with reviewers.
